An award-winning marketing executive, business transformation strategist, and cultural explorer, Veronica Rodriguez-Greene has led H&S to multiple Cannes Lions for Creativity, Webby, CLIO, Drum, and Ragan awards for groundbreaking work delivered to the agency’s global roster of clients.

A people-first leader, Rodriguez has over 25 years of experience at top entertainment, publishing, and marketing communications organizations. She leads StudioHS, a full-service production house that focuses on talent and partnerships, content, and consumer-centric brand experiences that shift industry culture, drive business growth and consumer impact.

Prior to joining H&S, Rodriguez oversaw multicultural marketing at Edelman and digital strategy at Marina Maher Communications where combined, she delivered best-in-class for global brands including Diageo, Heineken, Kraft Foods, Pepsi, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Verizon, among others.

Outside of her professional role, Rodriguez works closely with arts and community-based organizations grounded in the principles of DEIB, social justice, and philanthropic foundations that leverage the power of the arts as a tool for advancing equality and justice for all global citizens.

Rodriguez holds a M.S. in Executive Communications Management from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, a B.A. in Political Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice at the City University of New York; and is a member Chief, a private network dedicated to maximizing the impact of women executives.
