As the Founder and CEO of H&S, Elizabeth Harrison had one goal in mind when she built her company – to create a “corptique” agency that would fuse the entrepreneurial spirit of a boutique firm with the resources of a corporate entity. She has since cultivated an award-winning marketing communications firm, equipped with a diverse team of tastemakers and an illustrious client portfolio that spans fashion, spirits, travel and lifestyle verticals.

A history of perseverance in her wake, Harrison has steered H&S through the industry’s most tumultuous moments — from selling the agency to colossal Omnicom in 2004 and overcoming a steep learning curve along the way, to buying it back in 2020, she’s molded H&S into her dream agency.

Equipped with a trove of experience and connections, Harrison is known for her keen ability to wrangle top designers, celebrities, and producers for the agency’s client campaigns. Her team shares that resourcefulness and brings it to their fully integrated global communications campaigns through dedicated media relations, immersive experiences, influencer/celebrity relationships and social/digital services.

Over the past decade, Harrison has transformed into a vocal advocate for diversity across the industry and organizational boards.  She's also earned her place on the public board of directors of Bluerock Residential Growth Inc., a leading institutional alternative asset manager based in New York, and is a recognized member of Chief, a private network dedicated to putting more women in power positions and keeping them there.

Harrison is frequently invited to share her expertise at high-profile conferences and summits, including Harvard’s Dynamic Women in Business Conference, Harvard’s Annual CEO Roundtable, Step Up Women’s Network’s “View from the Top” seminar, and the University of Michigan’s Michigan Fashion Media Summit.
